Live workshops transform moments
of insight into lasting change
Growing up in a challenging home environment and enduring bullying at school, I learned early the value of inner strength. Martial arts became my safe haven, a world where I confronted my fears, celebrated my passions, and built a foundation of discipline and resilience.
Today, I'm proud to hold a 3rd-degree black belt in Can Ryu Jiu-jitsu, a brown belt in Brazilian Jiu-jitsu, and serve as a kickboxing instructor. I have taught and competed across Canada, the USA, and Europe, surrounded by individuals who understand what it means to rise from adversity.
My professional journey spans government roles from data migration and inventory control to procurement and data analysis before leaving the corporate world to embrace my creative side in web design, content creation, and digital asset development. This blend of analytical rigour and creative flair set the stage for my next evolution.
In 2017, I founded Storm Innovations, a life skills company for adolescents. Over time, my work evolved, and I found myself life-coaching business professionals. As I continued to grow, so did my business. Eventually, I would merge my life coaching practice and business consulting to create what would align me with my true calling of empowering entrepreneurs and small business owners to build the life and business they love.
My story is a testament to transforming hardships into fuel for success, proving that with resilience and resourcefulness, a challenging past can pave the way for an extraordinary future. I'm here to share the knowledge, guidance, and resources I acquired over the years and to be the helping hand I wish I had when I started this journey.
