Sandra Lanois-Bazinet is a powerhouse life, mindset and self-love coach with a story of resilience and determination that will inspire you. Sandra’s early childhood years were tainted by a home environment littered with drugs, alcohol, and abuse. She was also heavily bullied in elementary and high school. Despite the years of trauma, she refused to let her past define her. Instead, she worked tirelessly in numerous minimum-wage jobs to support herself and work towards a brighter future. Eventually, Sandra would earn a degree in e-business supply chain management with a minor in psychology.
Sandra would also become a highly skilled martial artist, holding a 3rd-degree black belt in traditional Japanese Jiu-jitsu, a brown belt in Brazilian Jiu-jitsu, and multiple other credentials in Kickboxing, Muay Thai, Judo, and Wrestling. Over the years, she collected countless trophies and medals and represented Canada in Abu Dhabi. Sandra would also go on to teach in Canada, the USA and Europe.
Sandra worked up to a government job and remained a procurement officer by day and a martial artist by night for eight years. Despite her impressive accomplishments, Sandra faced a significant setback in her mid-twenties when she experienced severe burnout and was hospitalized, unable to work or train for over a year. The devastating outcome drove the young superstar into a deep depression. These events would lead her to dive deep into personal development, where she devoured books, courses, and podcasts to help her overcome her depression and discover her true purpose.
Sandra was diagnosed with an autoimmune disease in 2017, forcing her to re-invent herself once again. Sandra left her 9-5 job and worked hard to become an educator in the personal development industry. With all this life experience and education, Sandra founded her own personal development company, Storm Innovations. The new business was highly successful until the COVID-19 pandemic hit, making her events nonexistent overnight. However, Sandra’s resilience shone through once again, and she quickly pivoted her business to an online model, creating some of the most dynamic coaching programs available. Sandra worked tirelessly to become a certified life coach with many other certifications, such as NLP, Mindset, Self-Love, Energy & Healing.
Sandra is on a mission to help as many people as possible discover their life purpose, reach their full potential and navigate life’s greatest storms.
